MerCruiser Celebrates 2.5 Millionth Stern Drive

Stillwater OK: November 16, 2000 MerCruiser celebrated the 2.5 millionth drive.
The event came during their year long celebration 25 years in Stillwater.
Mercury MerCruiser president, Barry Eller, said "Its a proud moment for everyone who
has helped us become the company we are today."
One of the new 496 Mag (375 HP) stern drives was christened as number 2.5 million.
