On Water Exhibits @ Lake Bryan PowerSki JetBoards Boating Week 2000

These powered surfboards (they distinctly refer to them as Personal Water Craft) drew several onlookers. Especially when someone tried to ride one. Collaboration with Compaq and PTC (ProEngineer CAD software) and a winning some major design awards has thrust them into the limelight. The uniquely die cast engines weigh about 30 pounds and produce up to 50 HP.

You may recall seeing some early units in the movie, Water World.
