As we mentioned earlier back on the first page of our coverage of the 2006 Tulsa Boat Show, we found some of the big boat booths a bit snooty and not easily allowing visitors on their boats. Yes, we know its a tremendous amount of work to clean these large boats up and get them to and from the show, but if you don't lets us on them, we sure aren't going to buy them. We found a wonderful break from this attitude over at the Duck Creek Yacht Sales and Service booth. They rolled out the red carpet for us and gave my wife and I a royal tour of their beatiful Doral Allegria. Mr Sam Hoskin showed us around this craft and told us how he had recently had it out of the water. It was really nice to have knowledgeable person showing the boat. And a boat it was. A beautiful, huge craft full of luxury, yet useable. We really appreciate his thorough showing of the boat and his curteous patience with us. A job well done. !!! We hope others follow his example in the future.
