Why Not?

As we saw earlier, propeller guards have two separate functions.

Protect the propeller
Protect people
Most boaters using prop guards for propeller protection do so in specific applications (shallow water, rivers, flooded areas, Alaska) and often operate at slow speeds. They are not greatly hindered by the problems and objections to propeller guards listed earlier.

Why Not Focus on Protecting People
in Normal Recreational Boating Applications ???
