On Water Exhibits @ Lake Bryan Boating Week 2000

Lake Bryan, a small lake, about 20 minutes from the conference center, was used for the "On Water" exhibits. The area was beautiful and relaxing beyond compare. After a few days trudging around the convention center racing to this or that meeting and dragging all your stuff around, this place was heaven. In the "Meet the Brass" session back at the center, they asked us to write good things about boating. This place was a "good thing."

The Food They had barbeque chicken, hamburgers, cole slaw and baked beans. It doesn't get any better than this. Several sessions at the conference were supposed to have big time food, but this out shined them all! Sam Restuccio (yellow shirt below) catered the event. He and a lady working the food tent made you really feel at home away from home. I'm about ready to fly back down there and see if they are still there !!
